Polansky, You did the crime ,You must do the time!!!
The last couple of weeks have been truly something. Roman Polanski, gets arrested for a crime he admits to. France, says it past history and because of what he has done for the arts we should forget. Never mind the fact that they never tried to extradite him back to the US for his crimes. The crazy part about that was they talked about how he had suffered.
Then Hollywood coming out in support of a rapist.I don’t care how many movies he has made nor do I care about his awards. He druged and raped a 13 year old girl.Now that she is older and got a half a million dollars she wants to sweep it under the rug but that is a civil action. He still has to face the criminal charges.If not then justice is not served and others will think they can do the same thing.
France’s position says alot about the French and their views on international law and the agreements they have signed.They are for them as long as it’s not a French national.
