Green is still the way to go.
As Obama`s task force begans on it`s mission to boost the income of the middle class, green is still the way to go. We all know that the price of oil has dropped lately, but it won`t stay that way.Now is the time to change the way we live.
The biggest reason to go green is it will provid greater security for the nation. If you look at the bigget supporters of terrorism,they have one thing in common, the sale of oil allow them to fund various terrorist networks. So in order to secure our the nation we should attempt to dry up their funding.
The second reason is because it will create jobs. According to some sources it will create about 2,000,000 million jobs. What`s even better is that a lot of those jobs will require little to know job trainning because a lot of the employees from the manufactoring community already have skills that can be used to create green products.
As the debate in congress goes on I only hope that they look at the long term interest of this nation and fund Green tech.
